If you do not believe that Genesis chapters 1 thru 11 are literally true, how can you possibly believe that John 3:16 is literally true?

My complete CV is HERE.

March 1988: Licensed as a Minister of the Gospel through Grace Bible Church, Pleasant Hill, California

October 1991: Ordained through the Conservative Baptist Association at Camino Community Church, Camino, California

June of 2002: Credentialed as a Messianic Minister (MMin) through the Messianic Bureau International, Newport News, Virginia

The Center for Messianic Learning, Parkersburg & Davisville, WV (2000-present)

Resident Theologian/Torah Teacher

This online religious education ministry presents my personal understanding of HaDerek, now called Messianic Judaism, as it was in the first and second centuries (not necessarily how it is practiced in this present day), and about what Rabbi Sha'ul called the “mystery of the Gospel” (Eph. 6:19): i.e., how is it possible for Gentiles to become a part of the Kingdom of God and participate in the Covenants that God made with Israel? It provides on-line evangelistic and educational outreach to encourage the Jewish community to embrace their Jewish Messiah while retaining their distinct Jewish heritage, and to encourage the Gentile Christian community to embrace the thoroughly Jewish early history of Biblical Christianity.

  1. We only found out later that this individual had for several months been holding secret meetings in his home, contradicting most of what the pastoral staff was teaching, and convincing the members to affiliate with a denomination that embraces Arminian theology. His demand was that all sermons be written out in detail and submitted to a “Pastoral Review Committee” (which he would chair) for prior approval, and that only Arminian theology would be approved.
